The short version
We are hiring a paid Full Stack Developer Intern to build production software with us using Flutter on the front end and Node.js on the back end. This is not a shadowing internship — you will be committing code to real client projects from your first weeks, with code review and mentorship from senior engineers.
We work "vibe coding" first: AI coding agents are part of our daily toolchain, not a novelty. If you already drive Claude Code, Cursor or similar agents to plan, scaffold, refactor and debug — and you can tell when the agent is wrong — you will fit in fast. We care far more about what you can ship and how well you review AI output than about how many years appear on your CV.
What you will do
- Build cross-platform mobile apps in Flutter — screens, state management (BLoC/Cubit), API integration and release builds.
- Build and maintain Node.js/Express REST APIs, MongoDB or PostgreSQL schemas, authentication and third-party integrations.
- Use AI coding agents (Claude Code and friends) to move fast — then read, test and correct everything they produce before it ships.
- Turn Figma designs into pixel-accurate, responsive UI.
- Write clean, null-safe, error-handled code that passes review — and fix what review finds.
- Join daily standups, sprint planning and client demos so you learn how real delivery works.
What we are looking for
- Working knowledge of Flutter and Dart — you have built and run at least one real app, not just followed a tutorial.
- Working knowledge of Node.js and Express, plus a database (MongoDB or PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents — Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf or similar — and the judgement to spot when their output is wrong.
- Comfortable with Git, branches and pull requests.
- Solid written English — most of our communication is async and written.
- Currently studying, or a recent graduate, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field. Self-taught candidates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
- Available at least 25–40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
- Able to work onsite at our office in Aziz Plaza, DHA Phase 5, Islamabad — this role is fully onsite, so you must already live in or be willing to move to Islamabad and commute comfortably every working day.
Nice to have
- A public GitHub with real projects, or apps published on the Play Store / App Store.
- Experience with Firebase, Socket.IO, REST/GraphQL APIs or payment gateways.
- Familiarity with React or Next.js for web dashboards.
- Experience writing effective prompts, project rules or CLAUDE.md-style context files for AI agents.
- Any exposure to CI/CD, Docker or deployment on a VPS.
